Fiesta sa Ciudad

Piesta na naman! The drums and bugle of some nearby school, plus the hala-bira of the ati-atihan woke us all up at the crack of dawn! But it wasn't enough to make me get up. Hehehe. Fiesta at home is always about the food, anyway.

Mongolian bbq, Bautista-style. This was the first time Gladys made this. Para maiba from the usual pasta, beef and chicken dishes she always makes.

Pasta ni Sista. My Seoul sister made this pasta-with-no-name. Ham, bacon, greenpeas, penne and creamy sauce lang pero masarap na.

To go. Yummy din yung Chinese kikiam, pork sisig, barbecue and baby backribs na binili lang from Tiendesitas and SM-Pasig.

Mga suki. Mom specifically asked me to invite our suking Fiesta attendees, Huangcholi and Chetski. Kaya yan, present ang dalawa!

Same time, next year. Lola's here! Mom made sure na may handa kami coz Lola Auntie made a rare request to visit our house. Last time Lola felt well enough to visit was during last year's fiesta.

A rare event. Chetski had time to read bestfriend Balb's log -- because I showed it to her. Hehehe.

Paging Dr. Belo. Cousin Pico requested that I take a picture of him -- pimply-face and all. Para daw makita ng wife niya (who's currently working in Singapore) na his face broke out kasi he misses her. I forgot to tell him that I don't think his wife knows about my blog. Oh well. :-D

When Toot-toot ate pop-pop. Thank God for cute nephew Hans a.k.a. Toot-toot (there's a funny story behind the nickname) for the nonstop entertainment.

Rock Daddy Rock. Playing with his son's schoolbag (shaped like a guitar), hindi naman halata that Cousin Coco misses his rocker days.

Proud to be Ka-pasig. Busy with renovating the old apartments in De Castro, Tito Redie and Tita Dolly managed to drop by for dinner and a lot of kuwentuhan.

Playing catch-up. Di lang pagkain ang marami kapag fiesta, madami din ang kuwentuhan. Busog na busog talaga!
